What this site collects, in plain words

Last updated October 4, 2026.

What you send me

When you fill in a form on this site, I receive what you typed: your name, email, phone number if you give it, and the details you chose to share, such as your timeframe, a property address, or a PCS report date. I use it to reply to you and to help with your purchase, sale, or move.

What comes along with a form

So I can understand how people find me, the form also sends a short record kept in your own browser while you look around the site:

• how you arrived (a search engine, a social post, an ad or link, or directly);
• the pages and listings you viewed on this site, and how many visits you've made;
• your device type, browser, screen size, language, and time zone.

That record stays in your browser and is sent to me only if you submit a form. If you never contact me, I never receive it. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, the record is kept only for your current visit and is cleared when you close the tab.

Analytics

The site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It reports patterns across all visitors and does not tell me who you are.

Calls and email

If you give me your phone number or email, I may use it to reply to your inquiry by phone or email. I don't send text messages. You can ask me to stop contacting you altogether, and I will.

Who sees it

Your information is stored in my client-management system, hosted on Google Cloud, and is available to me and anyone working directly with me under Parks Jones Realty. I share it with others, such as a lender, title company, or inspector, only when you've asked me to connect you or it's needed to complete your transaction. I do not sell or rent it.

Listings and maps

Property searches open on the Parks Jones Realty website, and maps are provided by OpenStreetMap and Google. Reviews shown from my Google profile are loaded from Google Maps when you view them, including reviewers' profile photos, which your browser requests from Google. Those services have their own privacy practices.

Seeing or deleting your information

Ask, and I'll tell you what I have, correct it, or delete it, unless I'm required to keep a record of a transaction. Call (254) 251-6064, or write to Brittany McConnell, Parks Jones Realty, 4301 NW Cache Road, Lawton, OK 73505.
